Returns Policy
We have a 30-day hassle free returns policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, contact us at returns@fitrep.co.uk. Please include your name, order number, reason for return (see list below) and expected resolution (exchange, refund or replacement).
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a returns shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Reasons for return:
Changed your mind, wrong products received, or items no longer required:
These items must be returned to us in the same condition that you received them; unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
Damages:
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or defaced. Please include images when sending your query.
Faulty items:
In the unlikely event you receive a faulty or defective item, please take images and contact us for further assistance.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Please note that any custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) cannot be returned.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
